I bought this specifically for my new kindle and have been disappointed in how I am able to retrieve information from the book. Although it is in kindle format, I cannot get to the index and simply "look up" the drug. When I search I have to scroll down many hits, to find the one that may be useful. This is not very helpful. Perhaps it is better suited for an ipod/ipad. The content seems up to date but I won't be able to access it as I intended.

This book is extremely helpful to me as a nursing student. The layout is great - it tells you what to assess for in specific terms and gives you a goal/outcome which I found to be a nice way to explain to patients what the drug is intended to do. I didn't buy this in Kindle format, the book is outstanding.
