The content of this book is excellent and made pharmacology a lot easier for me. However this book comes as a crappy paperback and cannot withstand the heavy use I gave it. The spine of the book could not even make it through one semester and the entire book is on the verge of falling apart. This is annoying since I always handle my textbooks carefully and with respect.

I chose the book because course requies MyNursingLAB. However, after hours and hours trying to make the access code work and talking to the publisher's customer service I found that AMAZON was advertising this book incorrectly. Publisher said they cannot be resposible for a 3rd party (aka Amazon)and if I want MyNursingLAB pay an extra fee.
I needed MyNursingLAB...which the AMAZON advertised info about this book says.."MyNursingLab series". THIS INFO IS INCORRECT. THIS BOOK IS MyNursingKIT ONLY!...if you WANT the LAB, you must purchase the code from the publisher when you try to log in. The additional cost is 2 times more than if you bought the correct book in the first place. Now I have a book I cannot use and must pay twice the cost to purchase the MyNursingLab info.
